Business mentorship
Focused, one-to-one support for farm and food entrepreneurs working through pricing, direct marketing, subscriptions, grant strategy, operational growth, or the next difficult decision.
I help farm and food-system leaders make clearer decisions, communicate with conviction, and build businesses and programs that work in the real world.
I take on a limited number of engagements where firsthand farming, business, communications, and policy experience can move the work forward.
Focused, one-to-one support for farm and food entrepreneurs working through pricing, direct marketing, subscriptions, grant strategy, operational growth, or the next difficult decision.
Honest, useful conversations about independent farming, rural economies, humane agriculture, direct-market business, and building a food system with dignity.
Strategic perspective for organizations, coalitions, foundations, and mission-aligned businesses that need a working farmer and communicator at the table.
I am a farmer-operator, agricultural communications professional, and rural advocate. Since 2019, my wife and I have built Over the Moon Farm into a diversified direct-to-consumer livestock business serving customers locally and nationwide.
That work has taught me that a beautiful strategy is only useful if it survives tight margins, changing seasons, limited capacity, and the needs of real people. I bring that same practical discipline to every client engagement.
I keep engagements focused, candid, and grounded in the actual capacity and constraints of the people doing the work.
